Delivery

We deliver across Kenya. Delivery is quoted on WhatsApp before you pay, and we do not charge more than we quoted.

Nairobi. Orders confirmed before 2:00pm go out the same day, otherwise the next working day. If we arranged the courier and your package is lost or damaged, we replace or refund it.

Outside Nairobi. Tell us which courier you would like.

• Priority. We take it to them by rider the same day, at extra cost.
• Standard. Once paid, we hand your parcel to your chosen courier within 5 working days.

Once we hand it to your chosen courier it is in their hands and their terms apply. We will send you the tracking. Upcountry transit is typically 24 to 48 hours after the courier receives it.

Collecting or arranging your own delivery? Risk passes to you when we hand the goods over.
